I’m Eli. I work in Revenue Operations at Help Scout, where I spend my days building systems and processes that help our go-to-market teams do their best work.

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of marketing, data, and operations. Before settling into Rev Ops, I spent years deep in the world of inbound marketing and SEO, auditing companies, building strategies, and figuring out what actually moves the needle for SaaS businesses.
